COVETED CATALINA 350 – Discover the rarity that is the highly reputable Catalina 350 MKII. Rated the biggest in her class by Catalina, it’s the only 35-footer that incorporates many of the features of a larger boat: with a huge 13′ beam and 6’9″ headroom throughout, you get an ENORMOUS amount of living space that you’d have to otherwise look at 40-footers to enjoy. This is further supported by Practical Sailor Magazine, which said “it has a big-boat galley, big-boat head, and large forward cabin to pamper owners.”
READY TO SET SAIL – Sailors can rejoice, as this vessel boasts a surprisingly spacious cockpit as well. With her sleek silhouette, well-balanced comfortable helm, aft-led lines, electric halyard winches, and in-mast furling main, she is a dream for any sailor to single-hand if need be. Easy and fun to sail, “Palapa” is the perfect all-season cruising vessel for the Pacific and beyond!
CLEAN & NICELY MAINTAINED – Like all Catalinas, “Palapa” is comfortable and seaworthy. Her owners have kept up with all her maintenance, keeping her in like-new condition! This vessel was hauled as recently as May 2024 to perform a complete engine rebuild. Her other features and updates include:

The Catalina 350 is a great example of why Catalina yachts are so popular. The space above and below deck offers liveaboard comfort, an easily handled sail plan with in-mast furling mainsail, and good control when operating under power, all of which makes this a great couples or family cruiser.
Entering the cabin from above you will find an inviting space for true liveaboard comfort. Going down only 4 steps leads you to the huge main interior space with a full U-shaped galley to starboard side featuring double stainless sinks, stove/oven, microwave, top & side loading refrigerator/freezer, and storage above & below.
Aft stateroom is entered through a private door with upper and lower cabinets, double berth, port window, opening hatch into cockpit, 12 volt fan, 12 volt outlets, and fishing rod storage above.
Back in the main salon, there’s a dedicated navigation station to port side aft with ships AC/DC service breakers, battery monitor, ship’s radio, tank monitor, weather station instruments, and entertainment system controls. Forward of the navigation station is a port settee with salon table. To starboard is a convertible settee that can be set-up with a table between two seats or, with the table lowered, as a settee that can also serve as a single berth. The large salon has storage everywhere with mounted speakers for entertaining guests.
Moving forward you find a large head with a separate enclosed stall shower with bench seat, 12 volt marine head and vanity sink with large mirror. There are two doors: one from the salon and private access from the main forward cabin. There is a large hanging locker to starboard opposite the head.
Stateroom forward has a private door, large island centerline queen berth, storage locker both port & starboard, chest of drawers underneath, a cabinet at the aft face of the berth, top side opening hatch, and side opening port windows.
Teak & holly sole throughout.
