Black ageing spray is a fine mist semi-transparent spray dye that makes things look dirty and old, or aged. Dirty black/blue colour. Not as dark as our Soot Black ageing spray. The spray is water soluble and can be smeared and reworked by wetting with water. Fast drying. Ozone friendly. Ageing sprays are water soluble, semi-transparent sprays for ageing costumes and props. One quick spray deposits a fine layer of semi-transparent coloured dye that makes clean surfaces appear to be dirty and old, or to have “aged”. Quick and easy to use. Black ageing spray works well when mixed with Dark Brown and Mid Brown, especially when used on hems. Washes better than Soot Black. May leave a light shade of grey on the fabric after washing.
